Getting Ready for Aires Season

March 20, 2023 starts the new astrological year!! It is the start of Aires season, the spring equinox in the northern hemisphere and international astrology day! Wow that's a lot of new energy coming and soon! As we wrap up Pisces season this last week and with Satrun having moved into Pisces offically for the next few years, it's a great time to ground in our spiritual practices and create a new spiritual practice if you don't have a regular spiritual routine. One of my regular spiritual practices I do is to cleanse myself, my space and my home. I use different types of methods for this. Some of my favorite methods are: simmering pots (a pot on the stove with associated herbs, fruits, oils in distilled water and let simmer), sound cleansing (there's a lot of good free sound cleansings on YouTube), smoke cleansing is a method I really like. It's a little faster method then the others mentioned. I use palo santo a lot to cleanse and clear the energy around me and in my space and home. I also use sage mixed with healing herbs like sage & rosemary, sage & lavender, and sage & pine for example. I do not use plain white sage sticks as they are endangered and indigenous. Cleansing the energy around yourself and your home is a great spiritual practice to preform regularly. Saturday's are excellent days for cleansing and ridding all energy that no longer serves us. After you've cleansed yourself and your space do not forget to add positive energy to your space by burning incense, spraying Florida water, essential oils in a diffuser, or by positive music frequency 432 Hz is great for this and can be found for free by searching YouTube.
